I don't know how you manage to post such a wonderful menu every Friday, I love it.
When it comes to writing during hard times... I just pause.

Hi Marja - I did the same thing when my husband was battling cancer. My writing consisted of a daily journal for our family and friends. Maybe someday I'll turn it into a book.
