With all the frenzied activity around here, I've taken much pleasure in my time online. Visiting your blogs relaxes and refreshes me after a tough day. Jeanette Levellie wrote a tender piece called, "You Love Me."
Jennifer Hudson Taylor gives some great tips on writing a compelling synopsis. This is one place where the "show, don't tell rule" doesn't apply. Is it me or does that phrase get on your nerves too?
What are your plans for Resurrection Day? The Sign Language Ministry presents Sandi Patti's awesome song, "They Could Not," in the 9:30 A.M. service. After church, Mom and I will spend the afternoon with friends.
Have a great weekend!

LOL Susan! Yes, that phrase annoys me too.
Thanks for the links!
Susan:
Thanks for the link to my blog!
I just started a second blog, http://jeanettelevellie.blogspot.com called "Audience of One" where I focus on my writing journey with God as my audience, rather than simply trying to please others and sell articles and books.
I did not know you were a signer!
I took sign language when we were first married, but did not keep up on it. It is beautiful and stirring to watch and listen together.
May Jesus fill your Easter weekend with blessings from His throne of grace!
Jeanette
Hi Jess -
I'm glad I'm not the only one out there. :)
Blessings,
Susan :)
Hi Jen -
You're welcome. I'll have to visit your new blog.
I can communicate with deaf people on a basic level, but I'm not fluent in the language. My primary interest is using sign language in worship.
Have a blessed Resurrection Day!
Susan :)
Susan:
I and some friends will be "Acting Up in Church." That's the name of our church drama ministry. We have two services to present a series of short playlettes based on the events of the Holy week. One of the men wrote it. We've been bringing dramatic skits that magnify the sermon-one Sunday a month for just about a year now.
Hi Quiet Spirit -
Drama is a powerful tool in presenting the Gospel. I'll be praying all goes well.
We're doing a Sign Language special tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it.
Have a blessed Resurrection Day!
Susan :)
Thanks, Susan for stopping by my blog. Hope that your Easter is blessed as you rejoice in the truth of the resurrection and find peace in the freedom that we have in Christ.
Hi Andrea -
You're welcome. :)
We enjoyed a blessed Resurrection Day with our church family and later with friends.

Susan,
Thanks for mentioning my blog. I hope you were able to get all the things accomplished that you wanted.
I had Friday off too and thought I'd spend the day updating the speaking topics on my website, and I'd create a quick form for people to fill out. My "quick" idea turned into an all day nightmare. I'm still trying to work out issues with that form.
Hi Jennifer -
You're welcome. :)
I accomplished a lot around the house, but my writing was limited to blog posts. I can empathize with "simple projects" turning into nightmares.
Blessings,
Susan
