I'm all for keeping the Christmas tunes going!! And the suggestion to pray for those who sent you Christmas cards is a great idea too.

Here's to keeping the season going:)
Have a great day!

Well, my favorite idea is to clean up. That is just a grand thing to do. I like the empty spaces so much that I often delay putting up my pictures or everyday nicknacks.

I also love the idea of using the Christmas cards as prayer reminders.

And I like the music idea, too. All great "get going with joy" ideas.

Hi Kristen - The post made me think of a sunset - that afterglow of a wonderful day.

Hi Nancy - I'm one of those people who get to a point where I MUST declutter. Seasonal decorations are wonderful, but they can cause sensory overload.

Hi Karen - I enjoy Carol's blog. She always has fascinating posts about her homeschooling and homesteading.

Blessings,
Susan :)

Hi Susan. Those were all good suggestions. Right now, the one shouting out loud and clear is "clean." That's what I've been doing this week, too!

Susan, thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting. Susan

My life seems one unending transition ... and it's all good. But specific to post-Christmas is the introduction of Spring to my home decor. A little here; a little there. It's sort of like a promise and a reminder rolled into one. It also confronts the gray of Winter and puts it on notice.

Happy New Year!
Kathleen

Hi Susan - I'm also in cleaning mode. I took down the decorations right after New Year's.

Hi Kathleen - Other than a few cold days, we've had spring-like weather here. Spring and fall energize me, so that's a very good thing!

Blessings,
Susan :)

We used to do the praying over Chrstmas cards idea, but have gotten away from it. It's a sweet way to love people.

Hi Jen -

I haven't tried praying over Christmas cards. There are too many.

Blessings,
Susan :)
