CELL PHONE CORRECTION

Hi Everyone - After a commenter questioned the necessity of registering cell phones with the DO NOT CALL list, I checked Snopes.com. There is a tiny grain of truth to the email I received, but there are FCC regulations in place to prevent cell numbers from being published. Check out http://snopes.com/politics/business/cell411.asp for the story. Sorry about that. Susan

Huh. That's interesting, because I'd heard they were going to get cell numbers from other places besides here. Oh well. One more thing off my to-do list. :-) Thanks for the update.

Hi Jess -

I'm glad you stopped by again. I guess emails can be like that game telephone. By the time it goes from Person A to Person Z, the story has completely changed.

Lesson learned.

Blessings,
Susan :)

I'll check it out. I did register my cell phone awhile ago.
Been getting a lot of calls on my house phone lately even though it is registered!

Hi Terri -

I don't get as many calls at home as I did years ago. While I don't like getting calls, I feel sorry for the people who work at those jobs. They must have a thick skin when it comes to rejection.

Blessings,
Susan :)
