A Writer Goes Home
On July 21, 2008, the Christian writing community bid farewell to one of its own. Author Kristy Dykes (1951-2008) went home to be with the Lord after a long and courageous battle with brain cancer. She will be remembered not only for her writing legacy, but also for the grace and faith she displayed throughout her illness.

saw your post on Mary DeMuth's blog. I'm in the same boat with the whole blogging thing, lol.
I was also very sad to learn of Kristy's passing. Never knew her but her blog was a blessing.

Welcome to my blog! I normally post on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This isn't set in stone. If I have an abundance of ideas, I'll sometimes post more often.
I also knew Kristy only through her blog. She and her husband shared their struggles as well as their joys. It was one thing I liked about them. They were real.
