  1. Love her list, especially: If you're right-handed, use your left hand; if you're left-handed, used your right.
I have been doing that with my computer mouse, which is very interesting :)
Have a great weekend Susan, thanks for sharing.

  2. I don't know if it's preserving the grey matter, or just a new way to remember.. but I'm plugging lots of reminders into my phone these days. Prayer lists, etc.
I guess that's cheating though... hmmm
I did love her last tip - God's word and prayer.
Vital to keep the brain and heart going.
    Blessings for a wonderful weekend,
    Dotti :)

  3. Hi Marja - I was happy to see that reading perks up your brain. I do plenty of that!

Hi Dorothy - Yes, for me, God's Word and prayer are the #1 way to stay sharp.

    Blessings,
    Susan :)

  4. Hi Chatty -

    Oh, good call!

My brain must be at least 10 years younger after all the blog posts and writing I've done. At least, I hope so!

    Blessings,
    Susan :)

  5. I learn new games. I have to because my sons keep buying them and bringing them over.

I also love to read the Bible and go back and forth in the texts if something interests me.
